Public holidays are already a big celebration on
Thassos. Families and neighbours come toghether for eating, drinking and
celebrating. Sometimes they make music and dance. Guests are welcome every time.
Easter is really a experience! Everywhere you can smell
the grilled lamb and everyone wear his festive day clothes.
All shops are closed at these days. The shops are also
closed if there are important political election. Especially if there is one
from Thassos on the register of voters.
